Jaguar’s brand-new F-Pace ‘cub’, called the E-Pace was just revealed to the world in record breaking style.

At the official launch event on 13 July in London, the new Jaguar E-PACE has set an official Guinness World Records title during its premiere. To demonstrating the agility, precision and performance of Jaguar’s newest SUV, the compact SUV leapt into the record books with a 15.3-metre-long jump complete with a 270-degree corkscrew-like ‘barrel roll’!

The E-Pace is the newest member of Jaguar’s SUV family, joining the all-electric I-PACE Concept and the 2017 World Car of the Year, the Jaguar F-Pace.

The car’s stirring exterior design is inspired by the Jaguar F-TYPE sports car and characterised by the distinctive Jaguar grille, muscular proportions, short overhangs and powerful haunches that give the E-Pace a bold and purposeful stance. Jaguar sports car DNA is clearly evident in the fast sweep of the roofline and the distinctive side window graphic.

The E-Pace is 4,395mm long with short front and rear overhangs. It’s 2,681mm wheelbase seats five in absolute comfort and yields a generous rear legroom of 892mm. Luggage capacity is 577 litres.

The E-Pace and E-Pace R-Dynamic will be available with S, SE and HSE specification packs and a choice of five powertrains, with three diesels and two petrol engines.
The 220kW Ingenium petrol turbo engine powers E-PACE from 0-100km/h in just 6.4 seconds, while at the other end of the spectrum, the front-wheel drive 110kW 2.0L Ingenium diesel delivers CO2 emissions of 124g/km for the ultimate in fuel efficiency.
